My name is Sally Morris and I have been teaching a variety of fitness classes since 1983, at a time when there was no formal qualification to teach aerobics or “popmobility” as it was known then – back in the Jane Fonda, legwarmers, headband 80s!!
Since then, the fitness industry has become more educated and there is now more variety on the fitness timetable. I feel, at Positive Fitness UK, we can now offer a wide variety of fitness workouts to suit everyone, whatever their age, ability or gender.
Fitness is not only good for the body, but it is also a great way of relieving stress and therefore is good for the mind – this is where the name POSITIVE FITNESS UK comes from. I want people to understand that exercise will create a feeling of positivity that will help you with everyday life.
I have, over the years, run many classes and I am lucky enough to have a great following of clients; some have remained with me for 27 years, others are newcomers at just 15 years! I can say with pride, that I offer friendly, yet motivating, classes.
Classes run seven days a week and it's free to park.

PILATES
A fantastic workout to improve core strength, stability and flexibility. Ideal for those with poor posture.
SENIOR PILATES
For the senior population - gentle and effective.
MENS' PILATES
This class is as it says - pilates for men!
FIT KIDS
Fun workout for specic age groups.
BOX FIT
A cardiovascular and strength workout based on boxing movements. Ideal for men and women.
VIBECYCLE
This is for everyone! A fun workout on a studio bike - cycle to the rhythm, effective weight loss exercise.
BODY CONDITIONING
This is an all-over body workout using body weight or the optional use of resistance equipment to target all the major muscle groups.
BARBELL BLAST
A complete all-body workout using resistance strength training with classic barbell exercises to achieve body tone and shape. Ideal for men and women.
LOW IMPACT
Incorporating simple, low impact aerobic movements, together with strength-training exercises. This class is ideal for those who prefer a less intense workout.
SENIOR CIRCUIT
Aimed specically at the over 60s, this is a gentle cardio and resistance workout where strength and endurance exercises are combined.
STEP
A fun, choreographed routine to improve cardiovascular and lower body tone - step can be adjusted according to ability.
SENIOR VIBE
No resistance is needed - just sit on the bike and have fun whilst exercising in a gentle, effective way - singing is optional!
STRIKE
A fun, multi-disciplined class incorporating cardio and interval training to push your endurance and stamina to new limits.
FABULOUSLY FIT MUMS
A six-week exercise or six-week exercise and nutrition programme.
RETRO-ROBICS
Good old-fashioned aerobics!
TEEN FITNESS
Fun workout for specic age groups.
AERODANCE
This class offers half aerobics and half dance - fun, fun, fun ways to improve cardiovascular.
CANDLEIT STRETCH
Heavenly wind-down at the end of the day - stretch out those tired muscles.
