Annette is an inspirational business consultant, trainer and coach. She has enhanced skills in people and performance management and is able to inspire and provide direction, motivational leadership and development.
In 2010 Annette set up her own Business Coaching & Training Company. She completely understands the challenges that most people face when changing direction in their working and personal lives. She works with individuals, and small/corporate businesses across a wide range of product and service sectors. As an Operational and Change Leader, she has many years’ experience of problem solving, communication, coaching and mentoring to a very high standard. As well as being exceptionally approachable, Annette’s varied career background enables her to successfully communicate with people from all walks of life.
For over 10 years she has designed customised training for a range of technical and soft skills. Over 750 people have benefitted from her enthusiastic and encouraging style. This has enabled accelerated development resulting in the achievement of business objectives.
