As a consultant radiologist, Sarah’s an expert in treating sports injuries. Also a breast cancer survivor, she’s a source of support on treatment and early menopause – plus fitness and diet.
Sarah says, "Five years ago I had breast cancer, which involved a mastectomy, reconstruction and chemotherapy. Treatment sent me into early menopause and I’ve contributed a chapter about my experience in a book The Psychological Impact of Breast Cancer.
"I specialise in using NLP techniques to lower patient anxiety about procedures, and also to increase my high success rates. Patients report less discomfort during procedures compared to other practitioners. I work with elite athletes and professional sports people, and have been working with Arsenal Football Club for over 20 years.
"I’ve been a consultant radiologist for over 17 years. Specialising in imaging and treating sports injuries, I work around Harley Street and in St John's Wood, London.
"I’m an expert witness for medical negligence cases, working both for claimants and for the defence. I’ve written several articles in the national newspapers, and presented on several TV programmes, usually food-related, including The F Word. I feature regularly on national and local radio, giving general life style and wellbeing advice."
