I'm personally not a great cook - don't particularly enjoy it, but I'm very grateful to have learned a lot about how food affects me and I've introduced certain things into my diet (and removed certain other things!) which have had a very positive effect.  It's an element of taking responsibility for myself to improve my overall well-being, especially now as I'm getting older.  I don't feel I've had to deprive myself of anything, because I've been shown how to moderate my foods, so I can enjoy practically everything I did before.  I've made small changes and the positive results are disproportionately larger!

Roni Flatley (www.feelgoodforlife.co.uk) and Sharon Thomson (www.findyourwellness.co.uk) have recently delivered a series of menopause help workshops encompassing EFT, Meta-medicine, acupuncture and nutrition, which included making some yummy things for us to try.  These lovely food items all contain ingredients that benefit us during menopause, so, with Roni's permission, I thought I'd share the recipes with you!  There are some educational bits along the way, too....

If you have any recipes you feel are nutritionally beneficial, for the hormonally-imbalanced, I'd be delighted to add them here!
