There are so many, but each can mean something different, and have a different effect, on each different female.  So, I'll address them one at a time and we'll see how we get on as we go forward (I'm still working on some but please contact me direct for information you can't find). 

The one overriding factor in all my research points to the fact that as oestrogen levels drop, symptoms begin to surface.  But I can assure you that oestrogen is by no means the only culprit - progesterone has a huge part to play in this, amongst other considerations.  Read this It shows us that three hormones, progesterone, oestrogen and testosterone all have their place in affecting us, not only during menopause, but throughout our lives.
