Are you menopausal?  Think you're coming up to menopause (peri- or pre-menopausal), or experiencing a premature menopause?  Or are you over all that (phew!)?

There are many places we can get help; the list is endless, but how do we know where to actually start?  How can we know, if we don't know what's going on, if we can't describe what we're feeling?  From age 35 onwards, 'things' start happening to women.  For some, it can be sooner or later in life.  So, as a starting point, we might go to Google.  Enter 'menopause', and you'll be inundated with information from all over the world. In fact, results are in the tens of millions! Well, now you won't need to Google because here you can get all the answers you need.

In all the years I've been searching, I've never found ONE PLACE for everything. So I’ve created it!

Because of the countless challenges that women face before, during and after the menopause, we're constantly looking for answers. Whether it's a quick fix, a long-term remedy, advice, support, or just a plain old listening ear, every day, we want or need something from someone, or somewhere to go, to help us through when we feel the need.

This is the ONE PLACE where you will find:

  • information
  • symptomatic advice
  • ways to alleviate symptoms
  • ways to indulge yourself
  • a direct route to your specific choice of provider or supplier

targetting exactly what you want.

In short, connecting with EXCHANGE will enable you to start feeling better about you and about life in general; after all, we need to work on many areas of our lives to really manage menopause and enable us to feel like we did before!  Besides, it's about time that it became okay to have menopause, to talk openly about it and not to suffer in silence, trying to stay forever young.  Let's celebrate girls! We're gorgeous!

(Girls please bear with me - this site is very much a work in progress, but it's a labour of love and I promise I'll do everything I can to bring you everything you need!)
